The Hamsa:
The Hamsa is a hand with five digits. It is effective
against disease, physical injury, and the evil eye. Moshe’s hand when raised,
brought deliverance from Egypt for the people of Israel. Even today, with
the Cohen’s blessings, Cohens cover their raised hand as the Lord’s blessing
is passed to worshippers through the hand.
Fish:
The Fish protects against injury and the evil
eye. Fish also symbolize fertility.
Birds:
Birds are powerful symbols for protection against
the evil eye.
Blue Eye:
Blue Eye, according to the Kabbalah, cannot lead
to evil. Therefore, this eye constitutes a protective element and layer
from evil.
